Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hustgrid platform, website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, posting a job, applying for work, subscribing to our services, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• “Hustgrid”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means the operator of the Hustgrid Platform.
• “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• “Worker” means a User who offers skills or services and applies for jobs posted on the Platform.
• “Employer” means a User who posts jobs or seeks to hire Workers through the Platform.
• “Service Agreement” means any arrangement, negotiation, or contract for work entered into directly between a Worker and an Employer.

2. About Hustgrid

Hustgrid is a digital marketplace operating in Italy that connects skilled Workers with Employers and individuals who need their services. We act solely as an intermediary and technology provider. We do not employ Workers, arrange work on behalf of Users, guarantee the availability, quality, completion, or outcome of any job, or guarantee payment for work performed. All Service Agreements, negotiations, pricing, and payments are made directly between the Worker and the Employer.

3. Eligibility

To use Hustgrid, you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract under Italian law, and resident in Italy. Businesses may register through an authorised representative with authority to bind the business. Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts, post jobs, or offer services on the Platform.

4. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account, allow others to use your identity, impersonate any person or entity, or create multiple accounts to circumvent Platform policies. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. User roles

• Workers create profiles, list skills, set locations, apply for posted jobs, and communicate with Employers through the Platform.
• Employers post jobs, review applicants, select Workers, and manage work arrangements through the Platform.
• Users may switch roles where the Platform permits, but each role must be used honestly, transparently, and in compliance with these Terms.

6. Job postings and applications

Employers must describe jobs accurately, including location, scope of work, required skills, and any pay expectations. Workers must only apply for jobs they are genuinely qualified and available to perform. All Users must communicate honestly, respond professionally, and fulfil the obligations they agree to with other Users. Hustgrid does not participate in, manage, or enforce any Service Agreement.

7. Identity verification

To help maintain trust and safety, Hustgrid requires Users to verify their account through a valid email address and phone number. We do not collect, request, or require any government-issued identification, tax code (Codice Fiscale), or other identity documents. Email and phone verification help confirm account authenticity, but they do not replace your own judgment when hiring or accepting work.

8. Subscription and payments

Hustgrid operates on a monthly subscription model. Subscription fees are displayed clearly before purchase and are charged in Euro (€) through our secure payment partners. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled by you before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings page. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy and applicable Italian and EU consumer protection laws.

Job payments, tips, reimbursements, or any other compensation for work performed are arranged and made directly between the Worker and the Employer outside of Hustgrid’s subscription system. Hustgrid does not process, hold, or disburse payments for completed jobs.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Hustgrid to:

• post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal jobs or profiles;
• harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or defraud other Users;
• share illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content;
• circumvent the Platform, avoid fees, or evade safety or verification measures;
• collect, harvest, or misuse another User’s personal data without consent;
• engage in spam, phishing, or unauthorised advertising;
• offer or request services that violate any Italian or EU law or regulation.

10. Ratings and reviews

Ratings and reviews must be truthful, fair, and based on actual experience on the Platform. You may not manipulate ratings, threaten negative reviews, offer incentives for positive reviews, or submit reviews for transactions that did not occur. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate this policy or these Terms.

11. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform, including profile information, images, and job descriptions. By uploading content, you grant Hustgrid a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or reuse Platform content or code without our prior written permission.

12. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended, and other applicable Italian and EU laws.

13. Dispute resolution

We encourage Users to resolve disputes directly, honestly, and professionally. Hustgrid may, at its discretion, assist in mediating disputes based on available evidence, messages, and reviews, but we are not a party to any Service Agreement and are not liable for disputes, losses, damages, or unsatisfactory outcomes arising from arrangements between Users.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Italian law, Hustgrid is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any Service Agreement between Users. Hustgrid’s total liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount paid by you to Hustgrid for the subscription in question within the three months immediately preceding the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hustgrid, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or any Service Agreement you enter into with another User.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, pose a safety risk, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the Platform or other Users. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, all licences granted by you to Hustgrid will terminate, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

17. Force majeure

Hustgrid will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruption, strikes, civil unrest, pandemic, or government action.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

19. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hustgrid regarding the use of the Platform.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services, or Platform features. We will notify Users of significant changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update means you accept the revised Terms.
